Mode of failure matters. Bad fuel injector as in 'not injecting' or bad fuel injector as in 'stuck open'? Or partial fuelling (underfueling), or overfuelling... One cylinder in an I4 engine is different than one cylinder in a V8 engine. Number of miles driven, at what speeds, and at what loads also matters. Presumably at least some of that was considered when they said it could be driven.

Denali Ultimate is supposed to include UKL as standard. If GM's order guide is correct, supercruise subject to "late availability' (the post at 11:20 was a cut and paste from the current online guide) Certainly wouldn't be the first time a sales/marketing type at a dealer got the info wrong. Also wouldn't be the first time a sales/marketing guy mixed up supercruise with adaptive cruise. And it also could be that the truck that is supposed to have it does have it. Maybe someone on here that has a Denali Ultimate will chime in.

GM's weekly updates of the order guide do a pretty good job of updating info when 'late availability' items become available.

You should get warnings at each start-up once it gets to 300 miles til empty. When it gets to empty it will start a 500 mile countdown to the first (65 mph) speed limit. It should be using about 2% of fuel. So 125 gallons of fuel should use 2.5 gal def. (125 x 0.02 - 2.5 gal) What year is your truck? LML had a 5.3 gal tank. L5P went to 7.0 gal..

Currently a 1500. My 2018 2500 also had no issues with the integrated controller, but of course the 'trailering app' wasn't available then. All these trailers were also pulled by the 2500. Afaik, the itbc and trailering app are the same for 15/25/35

I pull 2 trailers with electric brakes, one with mechanical surge brakes and one with no brakes. I use 'saved' ones for the 2 with electric brakes. These trailers 'live' outside (great lakes area). Haven't had connection issues that weren't corrected by cleaning the blades on the plugs. When they are being connected / used on a regular basis I've not had connection issues. The record of miles pulled and mpg for each trailer is a sorta neat feature, but what I really like the the 'trailer light test' function that cycles thru the brake/running/left/right light activations. Make it simple to do a light check without assistance (or a lot of walking).

The place there is a fit issue is 2500/3500 vs 1500. The heights are different.

The vehicle battery charge is low. . The vehicle battery has recently been disconnected. . Minimum vehicle speed has not been reached since the last Auto Stop. . The accelerator pedal is pressed. . The engine or transmission is not at the required operating temperature. . The outside temperature is not in the required operating range. . The vehicle is in any gear other than D (Drive). . Tow/Haul Mode or other driver modes have been selected. . The vehicle is on a steep hill or grade. . The driver door has been opened or the driver seat belt has been unbuckled. . The hood has been opened. . The Auto Stop has reached the maximum allowed time. Mine frequently doesn't activate due to some of the reasons above, especially at the start of a trip. I've also figured out that I can reduce the brake pressure enough to have it restart, without actually moving...after doing that the "Minimum vehicle speed has not been reached since the last Auto Stop" item applies and it will not re-activate at that stop.

I'm pretty sure chat was referring to when they close the orders for the refreshed '22s -- fleet and regular. All three plants making 1500's are now building the 22.5's Orders will close when they have taken enough orders to fill the remaining production slots available prior to model year change-over. Sometimes orders taken late get replaced with a revised order for the next model year. Model year change-over is traditionally mid-summer, if there are not major product/production equipment changes happening.

I've been a fan of the factory controller for the last 10-12 years. If you pull multiple trailers, the trailering app can save your preferred setup for each of them. It will also track miles pulled, fuel economy with each, maintenance stuff (if you add it) and so on. Also has a 'guest' setting for pulling trailers that you don't want to add all the info for.
