  1. I'd say SLT is below LTZ. My LTZ had some optionsnot available on the SLT, like tech (HUD, cameras). Not sure if that makes one or the other "higher" but seems most SLTs are cheaper than LTZs. Then again, I could be completely wrong.
  2. Undercover UltraFlex. Has a line-x type coating on it that resists dents. Overall a nice cover. It does block the rear camera when in the upright position but that happened one time, so to me not a big deal.
  3. Likely the fuel pump priming.
  4. Why did you pick Falken's over Nitto, Toyo or anything else available?
  5. Nice! Not a Trailboss, right? I'm considering tires/rims and was considering the Wildpeaks for a)lower price than Nitto/Toyo and b) to be different than the herd. *Edit* - Your username is Trailboss91, so probably a TB*
  6. Wish GM would fix the bright-at-night issue but they have not yet.
  7. Seems possible but the whole screen brightness goes full up on mine when going into reverse, even before the image hits the screen. What you are suggesting may help but I believe it is a software bug that makes the screen go into full brightness when reversing.
  8. Not sure, would have to look under there.
  9. What number did you call? Maybe if we all start calling they will get the idea. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. No. I believe it was a 10 minute fix, just reroute the wiring somehow. I am not sure how they secured it but it has not made a squeak since.
  11. Sounds like what was diagnosed with mine. Some type of wiring harness near bell housing in front of tranny. Mine didn’t require the driveshaft to be dropped though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I've had something similar when parking in my flat garage. The next morning I will put the truck into D and it won't move, like hill descent is active, and won't move until I tap the gas. The light is on then . Most of the time putting it in D and taking my foot off the brake lets it roll forward. There is no pattern and it isn't a big deal so I haven't worried about it. Maybe a software update down the road will cure it. Do you have to push the button to move or can you tap the gas?
  13. It is WAY too bright. No fix I am aware of. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Mine sounded similar, more like a Styrofoam cooler lid squeaking. My fix was the transmission wiring bundle was rubbing. It sounds like deep in the dash but it was just under and outside the firewall.
  15. Update: it was the transmission wiring harness over the bell housing that was rubbing and causing the squeak. Nothing on the interior.
  16. JacobC1983, are you on the 2019 Silverado/Sierrra Facebook page? If not, join to see posts about squeaks. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1940597442867191/ The posting on March 6th led me down my path. He got his fixed and it sounds like the exact same issue I have. I sent this info to my dealer, they called his dealer and helped pinpoint the location. We'll see tomorrow.
  17. Does it sound like the lid of a styrofoam cooler rubbing? If so, mine has been at the dealer since Monday trying to isolate this noise. They said it is fixed so I pick it up tomorrow. They had to take the better part of the dash out to get to it and it apparently the HVAC “box” rubbing the firewall. Maybe GM will wise up and take note after getting billed lots of service hours for a squeak that is easily preventable during design and build. Anyway, I’ll try to remember to post what they tell me. 18. Looks great! I have a black LTZ and starting to look at wheels. Is that lifted or leveled and what wheels/tires are those? Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I know you can wrap them but not sure how that would stand up to rock chips. I also have an LTZ and could do without the chrome bumpers but saw no reason to spend the extra coin on an HC. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Agree with above post. I have almost the same truck as his (19 LTZ CC 6.2 loaded to the gills) sticker over $62k and I left at $56k OTD beginning of December. So aim for a minimum of 10%. Sticker $53,665 with 10% discount is about $48,300. Should be easy to hit that I would think. Now, ordering may be slightly tougher, not sure, but the dealer doesn't need to hold the car in inventory very long so maybe that helps vs buying one off the lot?
  21. Where exactly was the squeak? Did your fix stop the squeak? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Who has or had a dash squeak that sounds like it is coming from inside the lower interior part of the dash? If so, did the dealer find and fix it? I have one and it is driving me crazy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Not sure I understand. What is an “IOS” radio? Do you mean the head unit (stereo) in the car didn’t come with NAV but for $95 the stealership enabled it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
