    Look at air beds, adjust the firmness to your aches. We've had one for many years, would never go back to a mattress. Mattress needs replaced due to wear saging, air bed saves in the long run.

    Do them separate, together lots of pain to deal with. Mobility and taking care of yourself will be nonexistent. I'm 7 weeks post shoulder surgery and still have pain and limited use.

    I have always used aftermarket oil filters.

    I use the OE line in a Hyundai Santa Fe, our daily driver. Like the oil and it stopped the adding oil between oil changes. I was using Castrol Edge on 3K OCI's, adding a small amount before changing it. I think I was adding 6-12 ounces. My truck sits a lot so I use Castrol, if it goes back into service it will get Amsoil OE. I have used Amsoil oil in 3 motors,the Hyundai, a Honda ATV and a Kawasaki side by side. They are all quieter.
