Hey all, does anyone know if there is a radio booster that could be used on a stock GM radio in 2015 Sierra?
-
Is the connection these go to down by the bumper? Do you have one of your famous videos?
-
That did it Phil. So the inside by the window goes in first and that keeps it in place with a slight twist. After you said that poof it was done. Thank you Phil! I love these mirrors.

Phil, these do not pop in for me. There must be something I am missing. There are little spots that looked like they had tabs. I push it up under the window rubber and it doesn't just stay there. What am I missing?

How do you get the Upper Trim back in? I didn't see that on the video and I cannot get it to stay. Were there tabs on the trim? I see spots on there where they could have been and worry that they broke off.

@pgamboa Phil, I finally got around to installing the mirrors and your harness. My question is, the memory buttons are those the ones above the inside door handle? (I would have to buy this) Also, I have a power seat but do I just need the memory buttons to use the full functionality for mirrors and seat or do I have to change this power seat as well? I don't have the one pictured.

Left/Right turn signal indicator failure
BluEyeItln replied to Johnny21750's topic in Troubleshooting & Recalls
Sounds like aftermarket tail lights. I have this exact problem and even with the resistors provided, it still happens. -
I've been thinking about putting in a power rear window in mine. The window itself isn't hard, the hooking up of the wiring and button for it, that is another story.

Keep something in mind. I found a leak on my 2015 and it wasn't from the sliding window. It was actually from the third brake light. They idiotically use a foam gasket to seal the light when placed into the enclosure of the cab. I found that the gasket wore out and that was causing water to drip down the headliner over the window and to the back seat. I pulled their gasket off and replaced it with a better rubber gasket from Home Depot. This may or may not help some of you, but it's info that I'm hoping will help someone.

I have multiple quotes from different places on different brands. ProComp - $3200 FabTech - $2000 Rough Country - $1600 I'll take any comments, referrals and thoughts.

Hi All, I have been researching lift kits and have not seen anyone comparing them to each other with their differences and so on. I'm basically planning on lifting the front 4" and the rear 2". This is for lifting and leveling as well as helping me be able to put 33's on my truck. I have read and read about Rough Country, FabTech, Pro Comp and with all the reading, I cannot figure out what works best for my use. My truck is a daily pavement pounder and would go off road or have a need for it possibly a few times a year. I obviously would like it to ride like it does stock. I just can't find a site anywhere that compares the lift kits. Does anyone have any comparison info to help me out? THX

Pgamboa, does the key fob usability for DL3 require seat memory too? I had thought when I got the harness and the mirror that it all worked. If that's not the case, it's not really worth it for me to add seat memory just to be able to auto fold the mirrors. Not to mention such a big expense. ? I have not had a chance to install them yet.

If your using an iPhone, it works on the 8 and up. I believe it's the same on most the android phones as my Samsung Galaxy 8 has it and not the previous version. The iPhone 8, 8 Plus and X all support wireless charging, but you can add it to any older model with a Lightning port. Here's how to add wireless charging to the iPhone 7 and older phones. If you buy an iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone X, you'll find it supports Qi wireless charging out of the box. https://www.techradar.com/how-to/how-to-wirelessly-charge-your-iphone-7 Android Phones: Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ Samsung Galaxy Note 8. OEM Off-Road Light Switch Install
BluEyeItln replied to TinkeringFox's topic in Modifications & Accessories
What part does this change? Is it for all the knobs to be red/blue? I have red and would like them all blue. If this is what does the trick, maybe we can swap.- 473 replies

2018 OEM LED Tail Light Swap
BluEyeItln replied to IncisionInd's topic in Modifications & Accessories
I have aftermarket. The resisters that came with the lights were not strong enough and created the hyperflash. However I got a second set of resistors to add from them , and that has fixed the issue. I have not seen or experienced any issues from any other part of the system.- 41 replies

@pgamboa Phil, have you found any info for the mat on this wireless charging pad? I pulled mine out as I found the better charger on ebay and it came with "YOUR" charging cable. Or, I'm assuming it was your cable. I'm trying to find the proper pad, without any luck. I contacted GMPartsDirect and no response at all. I wish the mat was raised up some instead of sitting so low as if you have a phone case, it can cause problems for sitting flat. Mine just barely gets charge due to the case. Realistically there are cheaper wireless chargers that work even better and cost a lot less. I'm trying to use this one built in and then a USB one for my other phone. The USB one picks up quick and is fast charging, while this one links slowly and takes some time to charge. Any thoughts anyone? This is the second one I use in my truck. It's only $18.99 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078HV3V6M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

What have you done to your K2 today?
BluEyeItln replied to block8head's topic in Modifications & Accessories
Finally got my linex done. I had the rocker panels, the top part of my fenders and my mirror caps done. I'm happy with it. What's left are what still in in chrome. I'm blacking them all out. -
Just ordered mine off ebay. $3.00 and free shipping. GM Parts wanted to charge $4.22 and then $15 for shipping. DAMN!
-
Do we need these for both front seats? I only ask because I never sit in the passenger. LOL
-
Oh. I thought he did something different.
-
But where did he put the ties?
-
Do you happen to have a picture of that?
