    Yes Sir, nice and sturdy...Chanzon ? PM me your address and I’ll send you a few of them. I needed 3 (not 3 for the mod, I ruined 2 of them) just because I kept bending them too much, finally did use needle nose and that worked much better but I’ll send you like 10 of them on Monday.

    Yeah, he doesn't have them on his 2015...we do and I have not yet found a light bar that will fit in the grill area without modifying the shutters...if you find one PLEASE share!! Well, I haven't found any that will fit BEHIND the grill between the grill and shutters...

    Are you talking about the Active Grill Shutters? If so he doesn't have them on his 15, just asking because I may be missing something entirely. Or maybe the actual headlight high/low beam flapper?

    Well they’ve been around for a while and I haven’t heard of anyone having problems...well other than making it difficult to fit the light bars in there.

    I wanted to share what I found...this mod is awesome but my first choice of diodes was not. I ordered the right diodes but the first ones I ordered has a wire so thin it just slid right on through and didn’t seem to make contact...the second batch has a much thicker wire and worked perfectly. I’m not saying the thin won’t work but I don’t think they would have stayed in place even if I could get a good contact.

    Well, it isn't old news to you! I just want to caution you if you decide you want one of those grill mounted light bars...to my knowledge, nobody makes a bar that fits into the grill without modifying the active grill shutters...

    If you’re not used to DI engine noise it may sound horrible. The injectors are noisy and seem to get even more noisy over time. Especially irritating when using a drive through service like fast food or the bank. As for the acceleration issue, it could be related to what many attribute to the gas pedal sloppiness. There is a thread on that here somewhere. Just Google GM truck gas pedal fix and it should bring you to the thread...it’s not letting me copy and paste for some reason.
