Happened to a couple neighbors with F150s a few years back. They have since bought new Fords and keep having the same problem. My wife's Traverse is parked right in front of one of the F150s, and we live right next to one neighbor having the problem. We've never had this problem. I tell them rats eat trash, and if they stopped buying trash, and bought a Chevy, the problem would cease. They haven't listened.

I'm not talking about the width of the wheel. I'm talking about the width in relation to the UCA.

You'll need the switch, module, seats, mirrors, and the dealer to reprogram the BCM. It'll set you back over $2k with new OE parts and labor. I've looked into it myself for my 2020 Trail Boss LT.

I just noticed this on Ebay. Looks complete, and the price is fantastic. Iirc, the price for everything new will set you back at least $2,500. Looks to have all the wire harnesses, etc. $750 is a great price. Problem is, style has it designated as local pickup. If you're near the seller in North Carolina, and want to go this route, I recommend jumping on this. I had to modify the rails a little on a Retrax to make everything fit and function. Otherwise, go with a soft roll up tonneau. You will need to run the wiring. The brake light in the sport bar replaces the brake light in the CHMSL. That means running one of the wires up to the fuse block under the hood and replacing one of the wires. I didn't like the 2nd key fob setup for this light. I ended up dumping the fob and the entire wire harness for the fob. I installed the GM Upfitter switches on the dash and wired directly to one of the switches. The tradeoff is you're reduced to a simple on/off function and lose the 2 strobe speeds the fob provides. The lightbar is high quality. The lenses are designed to throw the light from some cells straight forward, and the light from some cells outward. Baja Designs is the manufacturer, and you can change the lenses to whichever feature you want, and even to amber is color. They also sell covers to protect the lightbar from rocks, etc.

Title of thread indicates the OP has a Sierra. The RC lights are for the Silverado. I have them on my truck, and they suck. Only good thing about the kit is the mounting brackets. I'm looking into swapping the lights for something better. The OE high brand are just as good as the LED light bars RC provides in the kit.

Iirc, the CHMSL camera is pointed down into the bed and not at the road/traffic behind you.

Water in doors is very real. Doors are not made to be water tight like on a submarine. Water can get into the doors. If the drain holes are clogged it will prevent the water from draining out. As for your theory about the hand grab holes/stake pockets in the top sides of the bed, 1) they have drain holes in the middle and are not sealed on the sides either. The water will drain. 2) the bed isn't connected to the cab. Water in the stake pockets cannot travel to the front doors.

It's a 32.8" tire, so it may clear the UCA height-wise. The question I'd focus on is the width.

Congrats on finding a tool my brother doesn't own yet. He initially thought it was for engine timing, until he read the description. Won't stop him from making his own, but that won't help you right now. He's going to contact his tool reps to see if they can find anything. Yes, but the file is too big for this forum. Not much I can do about that on a cell phone. You can always take a gander at Accessories.chevrolet.com Accessories.gmc.com They have pics of everything, but the upfitter switches on those websites. The upfitter switches, install instructions, gm part numbers, etc can be found on this forum. If you go the route of the upfitter switches you don't need the wire harness GM says is needed for the Baja Designs lights. You can go straight to baja designs for the harnesses you need. I've worked with their tech support so they know what's needed.

You don't know what "American Freedom" is, nor how much it costs. The sound of a loud truck is not "American Freedom". The true sound of American Freedom begins with blood, sweat, and tears. Ultimately it's paid for with the lives of soldiers, airmen, sailors, and Marines. True American Freedom has a somber feeling. You get to enjoy your American Freedom because of the brothers and sisters I served with who are no longer breathing the air you and I do.

Imo, the only reason you want that much base underneath a seat is to get your girlfriend horny. It works, but is it really worth that much money? Maybe a prostitute is cheaper (depending on the number of times you visit her). Don't take my word for it though. I've never hired a prostitute.
