    Hi, My 2020 Silverado WT just has the USB port in the dash, does anyone know if it's possible to add the additional SD card reader & the USB-C to use the SD for music? Plug & play?

    Happy with the wheel swap, now on to my next project, figuring out how to put the chrome trim around the gauges, anyone done that?

    I was wondering if anyone could give me guidance on replacing the basic gauge cluster in a Custom to one that has the chrome trim rings around the gauges. I talked to the local Chevy parts guy and I can buy the cluster but he said it would have to be swapped buy the dealer and programed by them. I guess I'm asking if all clusters have to be programed? Picture is the cluster I want to install

    Bought the leather wheel and I am installing it this weekend. Just like you I am looking for nothing more that a nicer looking & feeling wheel.

    I have the basic 7" sound system and there are no Tweeters in the dash under the grills, anyone know if there are speaker wires there and if so are they powered

    Aparently no one has done this as I have asked a few times for guidence, also my dealer is no help.

    Pages 57 2-41 & 58 8-42 give the wire colors and the location, just put a jumper wire between the two. Cargo is gray/blue wire at X7 postion 4 & interior light wire is White/brown X7 positon 3.

    I put mine on the small wire/stud that powers the fuse box, that's the fuse box the factory power would come from anway.

    I just put a jumper wire at The BCM from the interior lights to the bed lights so now they come when ever the door is open or you press the key fob to open the doors.

    I know Chrome isn't popular with a lot of guys now a days but I really like the way this turned out.

    Can anyone tell me what I need to buy to go from the basic all black gauge cluter to the one that has chrome arround the guages

    DD, How easy was this to do? Did the wheel come complete, can you use the wiring for the non leather wheel. I know the radio buttons are non functioning.

    No one seems to be able to answer this question. I tried getting my dealer to find out what I need, but they are so busy they don't want to be bothered.

    I would like to install a leather wheel and the silver trim on my WT. Does anyone know the part number for the wheel or the silver trim, I obviously don't have radio controls. Will all the plastic pieces from the plastic steering wheel work on the leather one.

    Does anyone know if the front door panel on a reg cab & a crew cab on a 2020 Silverado 1500 are the same

    Do you have a part # or know the color of the front ones you installed

    I assume the blue wire in the factory harness for the box lights goes to the BCM, is the a way to tap that wire to the BCM in the cab so when the interior lights come on when you open the door or hit the unlock button on the fob the bed lights would also come on?

    This is on my 2009 Challenger and it is the correct shape. The center to center of the headrest rods are the same, not sure how the headrest comes off the Silverado
