If your lifter wiped out the cam; you'd be foolish not to tear down the whole engine and rebuild. If the cam is toast; it most likely sent shrapnel thru the whole engine, possibly damaging some/all bearings, oil pump, cylinder walls, lifter bores, vacuum pump, etc. before even some of it got caught by the oil filter.
125,3xx miles on my total rebuild in 3.5 years. Deleted AFM, new cam (BTR....mild upgrade), new oil pump, vacuum pump, bearings, valve springs, etc................just like mentioned above. ECM done by LT1 swap.com...............but I've got a 2016............but essentially the same, save for tuning/ECM.
Granted you've the latest generation.................the ECM is what adds to the $$$$$
