Axle Help - 99 Silverado 1500

Im having some trouble with my rear axle in my 1999 1500 silverado with 5.3L and 3.73 gears. I am looking to rebuild the axle due to some excessive bearing noise after 170K miles. i need to know what size the ring gear is because the spiders are chewed up and i am going to replace with a posi unit. I am donig a full rebuild on the unit minus the axles and ring and pinion. if i need to i am going to replace them but i don't want to if its not needed. can anybody tell me the size of the ring gear in these axles?
