Warranty Almost Up, What Things Should I Make Sure That The Dealer Che

I've got about 2000 miles of warranty left on this thing (the dealer threw in a free warranty when I picked it up), it's the "GM Major Guard" warranty.

I'm taking it in on Wednesday to get the instrument cluster replaced, it's been making sound (and it's 100% covered under, no cost to me). I'm going to also ask them to look it over real close to find anything that needs to be repaired before it goes out of warranty. Any suggestions you have on what to tell them to inspect, I'd be interested in hearing.

I'm hoping I won't get any funny business with them not reporting a problem they find, because if they do find a problem now, I'll get it repaired and they'll get paid by GM, but if they find a problem and don't tell me about it until after it goes out of warranty, I may a) take it somewhere else or b) just not get it repaired, if it's non-critical.

I do have a rattling sound, I'll be asking about that--I posted about that here: http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=101732
