Running Lights

I have a 2005 GMC Jimmy with the right running light out...the high beams are OK both sides...I've replaced the bulb...checked the fuses...is the headlamp pwr box likely to be faulty...or ?

 

Are blue bulbs prohibited in Ontario?

Found loose wire

 

Blue tinged bulbs giving off white light are apparently alright
