What's your favorite HU under $400?

OK, I think I've decided (with help from others around here) that the first step to upgrade my stock system is to get a new head unit.  It must play MP3s and have excellent signal/noise ratio and FM signal reception.  I would prefer something black as it would blend in better.  I need to stay under $400 (under $300 would be better!).

 

What are your thoughts?

 

Also, what sub amp should I get for a sealed enclosure with an Infinity Kappa 100.3se 10" sub?

Plays MP3's and WMA's like there no tomorrow

 

I love burning friggin 150 mp3's on one CD and jamming for hours

 

And my XM is great, i havnt listened to local stations in months
