Priority Of Upgrades

I need to post a poll for all of you experienced users.

 

I have a 2003 Silverado 2500HD with a 6.0 with 112,000 miles on it. The engine is completely stock. What upgrades should I do on it first to get the best performace out of my truck. I want to get it tuned, new exhaust, Cold Air Induction, etc., but in what order would you suggest getting these?

Blackbear Tune, exhaust if you like the sound, skip the CAI. Dollar for dollar, that's where I believe the best returns will be.

Get the intake and exhaust done before you get it tuned.
