Left Door Lock & Window Dead After Speaker Install

I helped a friend install a radio and speakers in his 07 Silverado Extended Cab today. We used a wiring harness adapter and installed the module to save the door chimes. No wire hacking. We changed the front door speakers. Now, the left door pwr locks and windows do not work. I double checked to be sure the wire connectors were snug in the door panel. The pwr mirror works. Right side is working fine. I ran a new wire through the rubber grommet bewteen the cab and door. I pulled the rubber boots out to do it. They went back in without too much trouble. I wonder where that wire bundle goes as it enters the cab. Could it come loose in the cab at a plug or something? Any thoughts? It's cold and his window is down. Please help!! Thanks. : )

Take the panel back off and start chasing wires.

The OEM wires are all taped neatly into a single bundle. I hate to open all that up when I never touched it to begin with. I was hoping there might be a relay or fuse that powers a circuit common to both the windows and the locks on the left side only.
