Squeal In Drive

I've got an 05 2WD 1500HD with the 6.0L and 4L80E (89,000 mi). My problem is that there is a light squealing noise when the truck is stopped while in drive. The noise immediately goes away when I shift into neutral, and comes right back when I put in back to drive. The noise remains when shifting down through 1, 2, 3. Noise is not there in R of Park. I can only hear the noise when I'm stopped with the window down. I just recently had the tranny serviced, and the pan and fluid were nice and clean. Truck also shifts fine. It does have a pronounced first gear whine that goes away in second.

 

Any ideas of what I could be the problem here?
