Climate Blower Motor

I have replaced the resistor but the blower motor will still not run. I am perplexed as to where to look next. Control module looks like it is working as everything comes on and can make changes like normal. Any ideas?? I appreciate any thoughts.

My 06 2500HD was the opposite.

 

My climate control motor ran all the time, even with the engine off. Dealer replaced the blower resistor and eveything works fine.
