Service Traction Control.

While on a trip from Springfield, Missouri to Houlton, Maine. I noticed that if I try to roll up both rear windows on my 2009 Silverado 2500HD ECSB my cruise control would kick off and my DIC would flash that I need to service traction control. What gives? I also replaced the factory battery with an optima red top to help with what I thought was a minor issue of my lights dimming with any load ie... abs on snow, or using the windows. my battery voltage meter on the truck says its ok. please help im at a loss.
