Rocker Panels

Hey guys, I was looking at my truck today now that it's all clean, and I was wondering if there was anything I could spray on the rocker panels to keep them from rusting? there is no rust yet, but my last truck had some rust spots on them. I was looking for something clear, I thought clear coat, but didn't think that would be strong enough as a sealer.

Rockers usually rust if you get stone chips in them and let them go. YOu can get 3m clear vinyl to protect against chips. Otherwise something like a chip protector clear spray works too.
