I own a 1999 NBS Silverado Z71 and I have no heat, I have replaced the heater blend door actuator and it did nothing. I can manually move the blend door with my hand under the dash and I can get heat, I looked at a wiring diagram through Mitchell On Demand and saw that the HVAC system is not controlled by the body control module. I have checked all the fuses and I even replaced the HVAC module in the dash and nothing has worked. I'm starting to wonder if the blend door actuator I bought is bad, is there a way to test it? I am completely stumped on this one.
