Probably A Dumb Question

Good Afternoon from Alberta canada.

 

We have some awful dusty roads up here and I need a solution to having to clean the inside of my windshield every 10 miles.

if I have the air circulating in any way there is dust every where and my eyes are burningand I have to stop to clean the inside. If I leave it off and cook to death with no air and then I turn it on later its like my truck is on fire there is so much dust coming out. I need a solution if anyone can be so kind as to help me.

 

I am driving a 2009 Silverado LT HD 2500 and I am told that there is no filter on these trucks for doing this?
