Truck Whining When Turning Right

Well using my dad's d-max today to pull the tractor to go do a little bush hogging. And noticed that sometimes his truck whines, Like a high pitch whine, when he turns right and only right. He said sometimes it's louder than others and most of the time it doesn't whine. He's got 84,500 miles on her and she's a 04.

 

We both kind of think it's the ball joint going on that side but I'm no mechanic so I wanted yall's opinions. He does have the t-bars cranked to level it with 33's on it.
