Husky Liners Or Weathertech Floor Liners

Here's an issue that just popped up. I was telling my folks to get a set of Husky Liners for their new 2010 Chevy 1500 but they have a model with the 4x4 on the floor and not on the dash. The websites say that their liners will not fit models with floor shifters.

Anyone have a 4x4 with the floor shifter and still use these mats or something similar?

I use the weathertech's in an 08 Sierra, and while I don't have a floor shifter, they wouldn't cover where the floor shifter sits.

Secondly, I would recommend them over the husky's because they have the drain feature which allows them to drain out the door automatically, where the huskies will hold the water.

My dad has the weather tech liners in his truck, and they are really nice. I am a big fan of weathertech for their quality, they aren't the cheapest, but they are high quality. If they had the liners for my '96 I'd have them too. I haven't seen a GMT-900 with floor shift, so I'm not certain, but as long as it's on the "hump" they'll have no problems

Here's some pics of my dad's to give you an idea of where they stop:

I have the Huskyliners, but no floor shift. However, a friend of mine does. There are cut-outs to accomodate the shifter. Looks fine.
