2007 Yukon Denali Xenon Lights

Hi guys,

Been searching through the forums for some information about this, only thing I found was a post in 2006. So excuse me if this has been asked before. I had my Yukon Denali since 2007 and I recently thought about spicing it up abit. So I would like to upgrade the lights to Xenon. I would appreciate any advice from someone who has tried to upgrade it before. Is it hard to upgrade? What should I be looking for? I am looking for a high quality option (even if it costs more). I heard from my dealer that they have tried to install Xenon bulbs but they have found that they burn out really quick. Is this true?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i have both upgraded factory and aftermarket HID headlights in several vehicles and it is an easy process no matter what make and model. the retrofit is easy, and most kits are reliable these days. I have used vvme hids in both of my audi's with great success, and bulb longevity has been great. make sure that you aim your headlights down from factory position to reduce glare, or buy a set of aftermarket projector headlights. I now have a 09 sierra denali and recently just ordered VVME hids for both mine and my old mans trucks. Hid bulbs should last approximately 3x as long as halogens, and will be close to twice as bright. I would suggest purchasing a 6000k bulb for a good mix of aesthetics and lightoutput

Thanks for the advice I went to the site VVME and I got a few options to choose from here is the Link which one of these would be the right one for a 2007 Yukon Denali? I read somewhere that H13 is the type used in the Denali I could be wrong though.
