Nerf Bars For Silverado

I just recently got an 05' 1500 silverado and its got some ugly looking dee zee old man running boards that are chiping and look like doo doo. I did a search for nerfs here on the forums and it sounds like the GM ones are nice. My question is, do the GM nerfs mount the same way as the dee zee running boards? Thanks for the help

Most of the step rails and running boards mount to the three bolts underneath the cab. You will need at least an electric impact wrench or big cheater bar to tighten them up properly.
