Chatter Or Growl On Medium To Hard Accel From Stop

I have a short chatter or growl on take off. I am wondering if it is torque converter chatter, trans internal, or rear end issues. It only does it for a few seconds. Getting a new true posi eaton diff and 3.73s installed next week so at least i'll know if it's rear end. Just thought i'd throw it out there in case it's trans. If it is trans at least i can have one on deck if it does go. Can't afford any down time. Thanks guys.

Whats the trans fluid look like????? Does it have metal in it? Drop the pan and inspect.... Heavy metal deposits on the magnet will indicate torque converter failure....
