2500hd With Bf At; Tire Wear

So on my 2500 with a gasser I put on BF AT's (~20k miles ago) and had the alignment done (65k on the truck at that time)

~5k miles ago the front was about 2/32's lower then the rears so they were rotated

now today the fronts are 3/32's lower then the rears again (fronts are at 8/32's and the rears are at 11/32's)

What I'm not following is how the fronts could be wearing the tires that fast, wouldn't it be horribly pulling to one side? The tire wear is very even and looks great, its just that it seams to be pretty quick in the last 5k miles. If it were a diesel in the front I could understand, but with a gaser it seems odd.

Plan is to have the alignment checked, but I'm assuming that it hasn't moved, but who knows.

Thoughts? Is this common?

i belive thatit is because the majority of the weight is on the front and the tires accelerate the wear because of the scrubing due to steering .

I got about 55k out of a set of 285/75R16 BFG AT's on my '03 2500 HD CCSB D/A. Rotated them every ~7500 or so while I was changing oil (it takes a while to drain 10+ qts, I might as well rotate the tires while I wait). 80% of the time, the truck was empty, 20% towing. When empty, I set the fronts at 52psi, towing at 60psi, rears at 45 empty and 65psi when towing (tires were Load D with max load at 65psi)

Still had a little room to the wear bars when I replaced them, but winter was coming.
