Pioneer Avh-p3200bt Dvd Video Display

Ok so this is what i have:

2006 Sierra ext cab 4x4 5.3L NON-bose, no steering wheel controls

 

A/V:

Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

Infinity Kappa 462.9cfp

Infinity Kappa 62.9i

 

Problem:

Everything seems to work great sound is great HU interface is great love the whole set-up. i bought a video bypass off ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...s%3DI%26otn%3D2) mainly so i can dial out with the bluetooth using the number keys on the HU. well that now works since i put the bypass in. but i still can not watch dvd's. i did not hook up the ebrake wire, because i planned on the bypass. when i put a dvd in i get sound, get the dvd HU menu but all i get on the screen is a blue screen and keep getting the message of not wathcing dvd from the front seat will driving or whatever, just no dvd video, and i tried several dvd's, (i know i dont need to be given any crap about watching dvd's while driving so skip that part). I followed the install instruction (i am confident it is hooked up right since i can dial out now with the blue tooth thru the HU) from the bypass i grounded the yellow and black wires under the same screw as the HU ground, which is to the metal support behind the HU, blue bypass wire to HU turn on wire which is the red fused wire, and the bypass white wire to the light green HU brake wire.

 

Any ideas why the dvd video does not play?

Just got a response from the bypass supplier, said i need to take the bypass blue wire off the fused red wire and connect it to the blue with white stripe wire on the pioneer harness. This wire is known as remote on or amp on. so we will see.....
