Need A Little Help!

Ok so i have a set of OEM steps 3" round chrome and the front step pad on both the driver and passanger side are starting to come apart from the tube. I got them in 12/07. So I called the dealer and no one can give me an answer as to the warranty! I keep going from this person to this person. All I need to know is what kind of warranty they come with and if they are coverd then I'll get them replaced if not then I'll just buy a new set. If someone can give me an idea I would appreciate it very much!

If you bought them and had them installed when you bought the truck they are covered under the 3/36 warranty,If not they are covered for one year.

Thanks Rich, They were bought as an xmas gift a couple months after I bought the truck so it sounds like it's time to buy some new ones! Thanks!

I just put some on my truck and I am smiling about them so far....

 

Mind the dirty truck, I reallllllly need to give it a good wash, wax, and polish.......
