Wheel/ Tire Size Help!

I have a 1996 GMC Sierra K1500 Z71 4x4. Everything is stock right now and i am looking to upgrade my tire/ wheel package. I picked up a rough country 3" Body Lift kit and need to know if i need to get a leveling kit as well. I want to fit 33x12.50x16 and i can get the wheels/ tires but i need to know what kind of offset i need to find for wheels and whether or not the 33's will fit?
