Fair price for 01 Tahoe?

Loaded up 2001 Tahoe 4x4 LT.  Has all the options inclu. sunroof, premium ride suspension, 3rd seat, etc.  - EVERYTHING.  15.5K miles.  Very clean inside and out.  I looked up all the Black book and Edmunds values.  What would you guys consider fair price for purchasing the above vehicle?

is this form a dealer or a private party? if its a dealer offer him 90% of his axin price. if its a private party you may be able get it for slighty more than the trade-in value.    :thumb:
