2007 Tahoe P0120 Code

Hi i have a 2007 tahoe with 75000 miles on it. In july the check engine light came on p0120 code came up my tech said it was driving fine nothing to worry about. so he cleared the code and it didnt pop up until 2 weeks ago. i did some research an it said to clean the throttle body and sensor. i was just wondering if any has run to this and what's the best way to clean it if thats what i should be looking at.
