Hello im have a 1990 GMC sierra sle c1500 5.7L 350.Im having some trouble i cant get the truck to idle at all.First it idled high then its not idling at all.And when i say ilded high i mean HIGH like around 2000 rpm.Now it doesnt idle this is what i have done so far.Replaced the injector setup because one of the fuel cell fittings got cross threaded,Cleaned the IAC valve,Cleaned The entire TBI system,Checked for vacuum leaks,Cracked lines,Replaced the TB gasket,Replaced the battery,New muffler(not like it has anything to do with it jsing),I noticed the plugs and wires are pretty damn beat.Maybe someone can throw some ideas at me.Im really hoping that its not the valves or timing chain or intake manifold gasket or etc.I also replaced the valve cover gaskets,Put a Eldebrock intake on it,Valve steam that connects to the carb and threw a valve cover breather on it instead also did the PCV valve,if the timing was knocked out which way should it go?bad MAP sensor,TPS sensor,Clogged CAT?please anything would help at this point!Truck runs great sound very healthy.Smokes blue when it starts cold.
