Voltage Drop Using Lights And/or Heater Blower

My volt meter fluctuates from 14v down to about 11v and back again as i use the turn signals, and if I use the headlights it drops to about 11v. God forbid I use the headlights with the heater blower on high, the meter drops to about 10v! I have 2mo old battery and alternator, but truck was doing this with old ones and showed no improvment. Now I have a battery drain situation in which the battery drains down overnight and must be jumped in the a.m.! any help is much apreciated as I'm electricaly declined! Thanks, Jim
