Four Wheel Drive Not Working!

Last year my 4wd went out. looking on here and finding out different problems i looked at them all except replacing the actuators. I went and bought one today and installed it in the front diff. i can hear it engage as well as the t-case clunk like usual but its not turning the front tires. i have looked at the back on the push button and all the soldering is fine. i can hear eveyrything engage but wont turn the tires. im stumped now and really dont want to take it to the dealer if at all possible. anyone having suggestions let me know. ill try anything at this point. thanks

what does the oil look /smell like?

 

did anyone have the right front axle tube off to change the seal??

yes it is a pushbutton. ihavent checked the fluid lately and not that i know of. noone has touched the 4wd since ive owned it and never had a problem with it until acouple days ago.

that sucks ,i got nutin,go get it scanned at least and a road test with a dealer driveline guy
