hey all i was wonderin if these tires were decent, Dean Wintercat @ $164.95 EA Total cost for 4 with studs installed $971.84 TAXES INCLUDED

in canadian fundsanyone know much about these tires? think its a good deal for what they are? they look decent to me, lots of siping and good stud placement, but i am no tire expert

sounds expensive to me, but I am looking at it in US money..... and I don't have studded tires. You didn't say what size they were, how much the studding cost, or if that includes mounting and balancing.

they are P265/75/R16 studding is around 15-20 bucks a tire, price includes studding and mount and balancing and taxes. i am running out of options quick here in prince george, not a whole lot of tires left, i guess i chould have got them earlier. damn

I figured i could get away with a P rated this year, cheaper, supposed to be anyway. its only a half ton after all. not alot of wieght in the winter, sleds once in a while, thats about it.
