2001 suburban with 150k thats running like it was brand new, came up witht the PO 332 knock sensor code today. I am going on a ski trip tomorrow in the early a.m. and need to know if this sensor can leave me stranded somehow? Or is it more or less just a warning?

thanks,

Ron

You will need a knock sensor, which is accessed by removing the intake manifold. Easy job to do

You can go on your trip with no worries. You'll be ok.

I am under the impression that the knock sensor harness on those trucks also has known issues. You might want to check before you tear into it so that you have one on hand if you need it.
