That s10 looks great. My buddy just bought a 1991 s10 for a $100 and we are dropping a v8 into it. We are still looking for the right engine. Right now its between building a 383 or a 406 stroker, 350 tpi or a 350 lt1. We still have to finish rebuilding all of the suspension and the drive train. How did you set up your rear end? are you running a posi or a locker? also what gears are you running? thanks

The rear is a rebuilt stocker with 2:73 gears.  hope to upgrade it with a 8.5 from a new S-10 win the future with 3.42 or 3.73 gears.    I had  a Buick roadmaster with an LT1 and I LOVED that motor!!!!  I would love to do a newer ZQ8 with an LT1

One of my best friends has a 91 S10 with a race built 383, tranny, 4.10s, etc... Hes "lightweight" onS10V8.com Hes a moderator.. Tell him I sent you.. I think youll really enjoy the site too...

Haven't been here or any S-10 sites in a while.  Trucks been down with issues, but I started it up and sit in it a while and fell back in love again.  there's jst something about S-10 wth an SBC, even if it is just idling  I love s10V8, very good site and Lightwieght has one #### of a truck.   I really need to get my truck's issues worked out, my parents Grand Marquis is getting really sucky LOL.
