2010 Bose System Upgrade Help And Opinions?

Hi guys, i've searched for awhile but i can't seem to pull up any info on doing this to a truck that has bose in it already... I have a set of polk momo 10's in a custom box from my 03 crew cab duramax that i would like to put in my 2010 crew cab with the bose system. I would at least like to just put the subs back in with the bose system for now, the rest of my system from the 03 is 4- 6.5" alpine type r's that sounded pretty good but i think i'll go with a component door speaker set up on this new truck? Never had one and i've always wanted one but maybe it's a little ridiculous since the bose has tweeters already? I have a nice alpine head unit but i refuse to put a single din deck in this new truck and i really love how the 2010 has the usb port in the center console already, really don't want to lose that or my stearing wheel controls, so what are my oiptions to add an aftermarket deck? Should i spend the money on a new box that is custom fit for the 2010 since the one from my 03 already fits? I guess first of all i just want the subs back in the truck for now and i want to upgrade everything else in a few months or so, how do i go about adding my amp for these speakers without rca's on the back of the deck? Is there anything special i need to do with this bose system or is it just the standard tie into the speaker wires on the rear speakers and hook up the amp? This is all going into my 2010 with bose and i do have onstar.
