Bed Rail & Tonneau Cover

Looking to accessorize my 2011 Sierra SLT with some Putco bed rails but I also want a folding tonneau cover. Does anyone know a good folding tonneau cover that will still fit in my box with the bed rails fastened. It appears as though many of them would be interfered with by the rails. Bakflip brand looks like it might do the trick.

I have a Bakflip too with Bakflip bed rails. If I could do it over again, I would get the GM bed rails only because they match the tailgate rail.

Not to hi-jack the thread but will the BakFlip work with a bed extender (GM) in the bed? Just wondering if the height of the extender would interfere with the underside of the cover - thanks!
