2008 Silverado Blower Motor Resistor

i am having a problem with my blower motor,it now only works on high, i have read that earlier models had a resistor problem,i was wondering if anyone else has had this same problem on a 2008.my warranty expired in feb. and i would like to fix this my self if possible.can someone help me out with the location of the resistor so i can inspect it.

Passenger side, underside of dash. Should be a panel you have to remove to access lower side of dash.
