I hate joining just to sell something, but i figured id at least get in here and introduce myself. I bought my 00 Dually3500 in a package deal with my 06 5th wheel, and it has served me well, i just need something a bit better suited for eating up long highway miles while pulling upwards of 8 tons. I'm currently in CO but about to embark on our full time RV status to see the country while workcamping! Thanks for the space!

Welcome to the site and Congrats on the new setup. Post some photos when you get a chance. I take it you bought the dually and your trying to sell it now :dunno: Not sure I understand? Or you bought it for the trips your about to take and your just introducing yourself :dunno:

sorry, the "that guy" i was referring to was the one that joins and posts a for sale ad.... lol... I am currently in negotiations with a guy who owns a 99 Ford F350 with a 7.3 for trade plus cash for one of my motorcycles, and im trying to sell the GMC, but i would be happy to post a pic or two!

These first three pics were taken directly after our test drive of the package deal.

This was 3 years and almost 100lbs ago.

During our test drive i found out how important it was to check clearances before parking under low branches. The wife is a trooper, she duct taped the crap outta that gouge!!!!!

This pic is right before we left for our first adventure in Texas.

Yep, I absolutely love the truck, but right after i bought it, i hauled it down to TX, and my grandfther allowed me to hook up his powerstroke to my trailer and the difference was night and day. Directly after that I came back to take care of my grandmother, and she has since "left the building" and we need to get back to our plans.

Why not a Dmax? It's hard to beat the GM truck... and coupled with the Dmax and ally trans, thats a tough combination to beat :dunno: I'm personally not a fan of the powerstroke.. but I do like the "looks" of the Ford HD's. I also think the GM truck rides better.

How can you type on this board? i cant even see my cursor

Honestly? lack of knowledge of them, more knowledge of the 7.3, as well as my buddy being a ford mechanic.

What web browser are you using. If IE, switch to Firefox... or the otherway :dunno:

I've read others having the same issue and quite frankly not 100 percent sure what they did to fix it... :dunno:
