2011 Escalade, Silverado And Sierra Recall July 1, 2011

A total of 891 trucks are affected in the United States, Canada and Mexico are being recalled because bolts on the intermediate steering shaft may not have been tightened to the proper specification.

The affected models include the 2011 Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Silverado and GM Sierra trucks.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
