Finally got my FIPK put on tonight.  Can't feel much difference right now except for the rough idle.  I know it takes a few hundred miles before the computer adjusts.  I had a hard time getting the rubber seal over the throttle body after the kit was put in.  I'm kind of hesitant thet I didn't get it on the TB far enough, I don't want it to come loose and fall off!  But it seems ok for now.  Hopefully if will make a difference after I drive a bit tomorrow.

Congrats on the install!!!  Keep an eye on the boot if you have any questions about it staying.  Maybe you should loosen up all the clamps again, and try to reposition the intake tube a little.

 

Lastly, disconnect the NEG terminal of the battery for about 15 minutes and then you will have a clean computer to learn your new setup.

I took the neg cable off during the install, so it was off for about an hour.  I have a 100 mile drive to my hunting property in the morning so hopefully that will give the computer time to adjust...
