Something Draining Battery On 08 Sierra

Ok, Ive got an 08 sierra cc z71 4x4 5.3 and for the last week or so ive noticed it taking longer to start and figured I would go have the battery tested and see if I needed a new one. Before I made it to get it tested it would not start last night and I charged it up with a deep cycle charger and it charged up fast to 100%. This morning dead again charged it and had it tested it was good and so was the alternator. Something is draining it down I have nothing aftermarket hooked up and have no idea what it could be. Does anyone have an idea?
