Whistle While You Work

Ever since I have had my truck tuned by BB, it runs MUCH better, but I wanted to present this to the group. Adjusting the TCM was a part of the tune and the shifts are much crisper now. Ever since I have had it tuned, I get a whistling sound from the transmission from time to time, but only under light acceleration. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and what did it turn out to be?

I hear some whistle sometimes at low speed but not sure about trans making whistle?
