2001 Suburban Issues

so here are my issues

 

#1 fuel light and gauge bounce im guessing loose ground but which one

 

#2 abs and hand brake light come on also probably ground maybe the same one

 

#3 car has a strange rattle in the exhaust i think any ideas?

 

truck has 190803 miles right now

if any one knows anything about these big blocks some ideas would be nice for a start point because ive never heard this sound out of a gen IV or gen V block 88 92 93 94 tbi or 97 vortec and my other 01 8.1 has never given me any of these issues
