Low And Rough Idle

hey i was recently in a drive through after a couple hours driving and when i came to a stop i noticed my idle was very low and rough after giving a little gas it quit started right back up tho any ideas already put a fuel pump and filter into it no change

do you have a check engine light? i would start by cleaning the MAF sensor and then pull a plug and inspect it.
