Gm Soft Rollup

Just curious as I am new to Soft Tonneau covers, I have the GM soft tonneau roll up just havent installed it yet, will the cover work even with the bed rail covers and tailgate fin or will there be issues ? I do not(as of yet) have a bedliner itself, there is no front portion of the bed with any kind of covering so my main concern is if there will be a gap on the front side of the bed where the main setup of the cover goes, any info would be appreciated, I did search and research and did not find really any answers to my questions, Thanks again for any assistance given.

I have a similar set up. There was a gap at the front of the bed, with the bed rail covers on the sides, so I got some 'camper top' foam tape on the front and tailgate portion of the bed cover. Seals everything up. Got the foam at Lowes.

 

My tonneau had been installed without the bed rail covers for several years, so the foam that came on it was pretty thin. A new cover, with new foam may fill the gap without adding anything.
