shock problem??

Well it got cold here in South Dakota (below 0) this morning. On my way to work I noticed when I hit a dip in the street it acted like the back shocks were "locked up" after a couple of dips it was fine, also it is fine when the tempature is warm. It is a '95 4 door Tahoe with 92K miles and the original Bilsten shocks, as far as I know.

Is it time for new shocks? Or does anybody have any other ideas as far as what is going on?

I am not sure how long the Bilsteins last, but the factory shocks on our '91 K1500 were totally used up after 150,000 miles     It was unbelievable how bad they were and how much better new Monroe Sensa-Trac's were! Might be time for some new ones.

At 92K I think it is time to replace the shocks.  It's not unusual for them to be stiff in cold weather though...
