shock problem??

Well it got cold here in South Dakota (below 0) this morning. On my way to work I noticed when I hit a dip in the street it acted like the back shocks were "locked up" after a couple of dips it was fine, also it is fine when the tempature is warm. It is a '95 4 door Tahoe with 92K miles and the original Bilsten shocks, as far as I know.

Is it time for new shocks? Or does anybody have any other ideas as far as what is going on?

I am not sure how long the Bilsteins last, but the factory shocks on our '91 K1500 were totally used up after 150,000 miles  :D  :D It was unbelievable how bad they were and how much better new Monroe Sensa-Trac's were! Might be time for some new ones.
