Metallic Grinding Noise

I was wondering if anyone has any idea what the cause of a metallic grinding noise coming from the front of my truck could be caused by. I hear it most often when starting out slow from a stop. Especially when starting out from a stop and turning. It sounds like it is coming from the front right area of my truck. I was thinking maybe a wheel bearing but I'm not really sure what a bad wheel bearing sounds like. Any thoughts?

I suppose a wheel bearing in BAD shape would make that noise, but I'd be checking the front brakes. Do you have any humming noises while cruising while making a turn in one direction or another?
